DELIVERY

How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery in Singapore is FREE for all orders above SGD$78.

If your order falls below SGD$78, there will be a SGD$4.50 delivery fee.

For overseas orders, the shipping costs varies depending on where you live.

When will I receive my order?
We try to process your order as soon as we can. Your order will be delivered within 2 to 6 working days by one of our courier partners. A tracking number will be provided.

Overseas deliveries will be dependent on customs clearance in each individual country.

Can I self collect my order?
Yes, you may self collect your orders at the following address during opening hours.

Address: Gentle Pet Store, 60 Somme Road, #01-03, Singapore 207876

Opening Hours: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 11AM - 7PM | Sat & Sun 11AM - 6PM

Please wait for our confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up before heading down.

Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card, and bank transfer / paynow.

Order Cancellation
We do not allow cancellations.

Exchanges / Refunds
All items are checked prior to delivery. 

If you find a defect, please contact us within 24hours after delivery. We regret that no exchanges or refunds will be entertained after the specified duration. Please send us a clear photograph of the defect(s), with detailed description. In the meantime, we request customers to ensure the item is unused, and as much as possible, be in its original packaging. We will get in touch with you shortly to facilitate any exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days after we get in touch with you.
